Reggie discusses growing up in Lubbock, promoting racial solidarity in Lubbock and the EL ROBI training programs.

He graduated with his bachelors’ in biochemistry and psychology from Texas Tech University, and his medical doctorate from the Yale School of Medicine and master’s in public policy from Harvard’s School of Government.
