We have added some great incentives this pledge drive.  Anyone that pledges any amount during pledge is entered into a drawing for:

*Tickets and Hotel - Tall City Blues Fest July 8-9 in Midland, Texas

2 weekend general admission passes*

2 night stay at the Hampton Inn

Weekend Fest Passes include admission to the Friday and Saturday outdoor concerts on the Cimarex Energy Stage, AND the Beale in the Ballroom Indoor Showcase, presented by Hampton Inn on Saturday afternoon on the Doubletree Indoor Jam Stage. Children under 12 are admitted FREE with a parent or guardian who has a valid ticket for entry.

*Family Four Pack to TEXAS Outdoor Musical in Palo Duro Canyon State Park

IN THIS FAMILY-FRIENDLY SHOW, set against an authentic tapestry of history, the show’s fictional characters bring to life the stories, struggles and triumphs of the settlers of the Texas Panhandle in the 1800's. Song and dance abound-and a generous helping of good ol’ Texas humor too-with spellbinding lighting, special fire and water effects, including the Dancing Waters of TEXAS! And nightly fireworks highlight the Grand Finale (weather conditions permitting).

Becky joined the Texas Tech Public Media team in September of 2013 after more than 17 years in the broadcast business with many different roles. Becky started her career path with classes in high school and continued through college. Her first media job was at KLBK-13 in production of live news & sports. While working at the television stations Becky began her freelancing position with Texas Tech Athletics. She continues to freelance and loves working on live broadcasts with Texas Tech Athletics and Fox Sports. Becky found a real passion for marketing and promotions while she worked at KJTV-34 for several years. She returned to her media roots at KLBK-13 & KAMC-28 in a promotions position and received Employee of the Year in 2007 and was promoted to eMedia Manager in 2009. Becky is very happy to be back in the marketing and promotions game at Channel 5 and 89.1. She is excited about all the new and exciting things planned for Texas Tech Public Media.
