Texas’ Senate District 28 includes 41 counties, from Wheeler County down into Taylor County. The seat to represent the district in the state legislature is on the ballot in the November midterm elections.
Riley Rodriquez is a small business owner in Abilene. He is the first Hispanic Democrat to run for the seat in 30 years.
Rodriquez sat down with Allison Diaz from KTTZ’s partner station KACU to discuss his campaign and priorities.
