Listen In, Lubbock: Telling Texas Tech's 100-year story

Sarah Self-Walbrick/Texas Tech Public Media

Texas Tech University is celebrating its centennial this year. It’s a milestone that will be honored year-long with events and other commemorations.

Red Raiders have been a key part of sharing the university’s stories.

That includes local PBS Producer Weston Davis, whom we hear from in the show's first half. His documentary “From Here: A Texas Tech Story” airs tonight at 8 on PBS Channel 5.

You can’t tell a university’s story without its students. So, we also talk with The Daily Toreador's Editor-In-Chief Arianna Flores.

Guests:

Weston Davis, Texas Tech Public Media
Arianna Flores, The Daily Toreador
