Governor Greg Abbott says he’s still on the fence about a bill that would ban consumable products containing THC. Tomorrow is Juneteenth and the city of Lubbock is kicking it off at the Patterson Library from 1:30 to 4:30 P.M., followed by a youth Glow in the Dark Party from 5 to 8 P.M. Saturday, the Juneteenth Parade will start at 10 A.M. running from the corner of Avenue A and East Broadway to the May Simmons Community Center parking lot.
