On Giving Tuesday, Our reporter Samantha Larned has more from one West Texas nonprofit encouraging folks to turn their generosity to local organizations in and around Lubbock. Texas Public Radio’s David Martin Davies reports according to the conservative Cato Institute, Texas ranks last in the nation when it comes to personal freedom.
