Almost a year after voters approved the 2022 road bond, many projects are underway. City of Lubbock officials say one such project starting construction soon is sidewalk maintenance and pedestrian safety accommodations in the Dunbar-Manhattan Heights neighborhood. Reporter Brad Burt has more.
