Texas Tech’s Phi Beta Kappa chapter, Lambda of Texas, recently hosted a lecture by Professor James Sullivan of Notre Dame, a nationally acclaimed authority on America’s fight against poverty.

Dr. Sullivan is Clint Barrick’s guest on today’s edition of The Front Row.
