The Office of International Affairs will welcome four distinguished former United States Ambassadors for Texas Tech's Second Annual Ambassadors' Forum at 5:30 p.m. Today regarding diplomatic challenges for President Trump's Administration.
The event is free and open to the public at the International Cultural Center.
