ELPN Trunk or Treat Halloween Party

On Friday, October 31st, the Phea Boys and Girls Club hosted the Trunk or Treat Halloween Party in conjunction with community sponsors including Star Care. Families in the community came out for trick or treating, carnival games, food, a costume contest, and a dance contest!
