When this film was going to star Sean Penn and Benecio Del Toro I was totally thrilled. It slowly devolved into a ridiculous side show, campy, blah blah blah. Might check it now on DVD. Some folks actually claim it's funny.

Casa de mi Padre (2012)

I was not impressed by this film after the first five minutes. It's pretty one note and the comedy dies out quickly. Still some hilarious moments and the final shoot out is LOLworthy.

If you aren't familiar with Jim Jarmusch's work this is a pretty good film to start with. It's not as empty as "Stranger Than Paradise" and has some great moments.
