It's election day, we've got everything you need to know to vote in Lubbock County. Early voting turnout has already broken records for the county. More than 99,000 people checked into polls for early voting in Lubbock County, according to the elections office. Hospitals in Texas must begin asking patients for their citizenship status under an executive order that took effect on Friday. Lubbock hospitals say “any response to questions regarding citizenship status will not affect patient care.” And Texas Public Radio's Jerry Clayton reports the State of Texas will not allow federal election monitors at polling places.
