In his first days of the Presidency, President Trump signed a slew of Executive Orders making good on campaign promises. We haven't seen that speed from Congressional Lawmakers.

The 115th Congress has been in session a little more than a month now and its been tasked with making decisions on the President's Tax Returns, possibly investigating Michael Flynn and "repairing" the Affordable Care Act.
I spoke with Political Science Visiting Assistant Professor Joel Sievart to get his take on this slow from the gate Congress.
