KERA's Ed Timms says five Texas cities are being sued by the Texas Attorney General's Office for decriminalizing marijuana. And according to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the Giles W. Dalby Correctional Facility has fixed most of its state violations but still has some work to do to get back in compliance.
