Position Description:

Produces radio programs. May supervise other personnel. May be required to possess a valid driver's license. Incumbent may be required to operate a vehicle from the TTU/TTUHSC motor pool to perform the job.

Texas Tech Public Radio is part of a community being acknowledged for receiving a grant from the Sybil B. Harrington Endowment for Arts as administered by The Community Foundation of West Texas.

On February 27th in the Texas Tech Allen Theatre, NPR's nationally-broadcasted show, From The Top, held a live taping of musical teen prodigies from Lubbock. The performance, featuring teen violinist Fiona Shea and flutist Yuna Langehennig, was a major success and received a standing ovation from the packed theatre.
