Dan Pope first came to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University and made the town his home when he started a business here. After years as a public servant in the city, he has now served three terms as Lubbock’s mayor. Throughout that, he’s seen changes, challenges and triumphs. As he leaves the position, Lubbock Mayor Dan Pope joins us in the studio to reflect on it all as the city council gets new representatives.
