After Lubbock saw a massive surge in coronavirus cases, numbers are starting to go down. Still, this latest spike seems to have strained every industry, causing a major burnout for workers. From those in healthcare fighting on the frontlines, to teachers carrying an unsustainable workload, people are tired. But is there a solution?
