Just in a days work

Recently a group of us went to the lake to shoot the first "Best of Keeping it Local and Locally Owned" segments.  It was my first time going to Buffalo Springs and was pleasantly surprised at what it had to offer.  It being so close to Lubbock, I figured less green...more dirt. But it was just right with camping areas shaded by trees overlooking different areas of the lake both small and large. Of course Sophia and I had to get a quick snapshot in in between tapings.

The second photo is of a new friend I met while on a shoot with Sophia for her upcoming Horse Sanctuary story. He was the most friendly animal and was more of a lap dog than a donkey. What you may not be able to see is one of his front legs is actually bent up on my right thigh. Tobias is definitely not light in weight.

The last two pictures were from a shoot at Spirit Ranch where I shot a story for Sophia that she put together on Camp Lead. She called this the "Leap of Faith" and let me tell you...it is not for the faint hearted. Or those afraid of heights.

All in all June was a fun summer month of work at PBS.
