Inside Texas Tech Looks at Women who Shaped Texas Tech

I'm always amazed at what the women who came before me were able to accomplish in much tougher times. Such is the case for four women who are being honored by the Southwest Collection/Special Collections Library as Women Who Shaped Texas Tech during this Women's History Month.

Throughout the month of March and into early April you can visit the exhibit featuring groundbreaking alumnae and faculty who have shaped Texas Tech University's History.

The exhibit is housed in two campus buildings. The Croslin Room of the Texas Tech Library will host artifacts, clothing and photographs about the women.

The Southwest Collection/Special Collections Library is hosting the newest honorees of the exhibit. The exhibit runs through April 6th. Please check out the audio link above to hear stories of these woman and view the slideshow for images of these famous ladies of Texas Tech!
